3/5 West Bovey Farmhouse
Farmhouse. Mid-late C19. Red sandstone random rubble, brick dressings, quoins, plint, pyramid slate roof, central brick stack. Plan: double pile facing south with service wing set back to west. Two storeys, 3 bays segmental headed voussoirs with keystones and flat surrounds to 16-pane sash windows, central pedimented ashlar doorcase, 6-panel door approached by short flight of steps.
