Lodge to Abbotsfield (q.v.). Circa 1872. Architect Owen Jones. Coursed squared red sandstone, white limestone and Ham stone dressings, quoins, dentil cornice, tiled roof with decorative ridge tiles. 2 storey gabled wings with acroteria, "L"-plan, small pyramid roofed tower in angle, flat roofed porch to South, lean-to extension East almost completing a square. 4 light splayed bays windows ground floor in gable ends, cross windows above, sometransomed and 2 light mullioned and transomed windows most with leaded panes, some with rusticated surrounds, others with pediments. Pedimented tablet on East side of tower with coat of arms, presumably those of Lacey Collard for whom Abbotsfield was built.
