Road bridge over Kennet and Avon Canal, c1807. Red brick in English bond, with stone coping to parapet. Bridge splayed on plan. An elliptical arch of 13-in bullnosed brickwork. Two course string at base of parapet, and flush half-round copings, ending in slight piers. Stone capping to'brick revetment supporting towpath, and grooves for timber sluice.
