Cottage, early C19. Whitewashed rubble with upper parts in cob. Slate roof with brick gable end stacks. Single room deep. 2 room plan. Lean-to corrugated asbestos roof to right. 2 storeys. 2 window range. 4-paned fixed casement to left and 2 light casement to right over 2-light casement and small square opening to each side of plank door with corrugated asbestos canopy. Included for group value.
