Part timber framed, encased in painted rough cast; part brick: Old tile, steeply pitched, gabled roof. 2 tall chimneys on left roof slope with clay pots. Rectangular plan with extension at rear. 2 storeys. Black painted projecting plinth. One bay gabled front, sash windows with glazing bars in architrave frames. C20 glazed entrance door on right with flat hood on plain brackets and overlight over hood.
