Cottage. Probably C18. Plastered cob on rubble footings; rubble or cob stacks topped with C20 bricks; thatched roof. 2-room plan cottage with central entrance facing south. End stacks. 2 storeys. Irregular 2-window front of C20 casements without glazing bars. Roughly central door with C20 gabled and thatch-roofed porch.

Roof hipped to right and gable-ended to left (west) with large projecting stack.

Interior is modernised. The beams are boxed in and fireplaces blocked. Roof not inspected. Included for group value.
