House. Early C19. Rendered probably over brick, shallow pitch slate roof, coped verges, moulded cornice, buff brick stacks with dog tooth moulded caps at gable ends. Plan: parallel range. Two storeys, 3 bays; 16-pane sash windows, central recessed late C19 door with inserted lights, depressed segmental headed porch flush with facade, Doric columns with pilaster responds. Similar in design to Bournstream (qv) and Ham Mills (qvl. Service wing and additions abutting to north (No 25a) not included,
