NZ 15 NE STANLEY B 6310 (North side) Lintz Green 2/137 Lintz Green House GV II House. Mid C18 and 1828 (dated on rain water heads) extensions. Render with painted ashlar dressings; roof of concrete tiles. 2 storeys, 7 bays, the outer bays wider. Central half-glazed door with patterned fanlight in keyed raised stone surround. Sash windows with glazing bars have painted projecting stone sills; outer bays have tripartite sashes. Hipped roof has 4 ridge chimneys.

Interior: rear stair, said to be re-used from Ravensworth Castle, Gateshead District, has moulded ramped grip handrail on 2 turned balusters per tread, and ramped panelled dado; square panelled newels.

Sundial over door has arms of Cock family.
