WOKINGHAM ROSE STREET side) SU 8168 NW (North west side) 18/44 No.32 2.10.69 G.V. II House, now offices. Mid C18, extended late C19. Vitreous brick with red dressings, old tile gabled roof. 2 storeys and attics. 2 cell plan with lean-to extension at rear. 2 chimneys on rear wall, and 2, C20 flat roof dormers on front roof slope. Rendered plinth, brick plat band, and boxed eaves. 3 bay front. Sash windows, the first floor central sash smaller and in a boxed frame. Ground floor similar on left, but with large six-paned window on right; All with rubbed brick arches. Central 4 raised panelled door, overlight blocked; with flat hood on small wooden brackets.
