PARISH OF TICKNALL HIGH STREET SK 32 SE 4/99 (West Side) No 26 GV II Cottage. C18, altered early C19. Red brick and render. Hipped plain tile roof with central brick ridge stack. Two storeys.

Symmetrical three bay east elevation has a central doorway with reeded, pilastered doorcase with bracketed hood. Raised and fielded panelled door and rectangular overlight. Flanked on each side by 2-light Yorkshire sashes. Three similar windows above, the centre one a dummy. To the left of the doorway is evidence of two earlier segment headed windows.
