PARISH OF TICKNALL HIGH STREET SK 32 SW 3/98 (West Side) No 32 (Pennwyche House) and Attached GV Wall and Railings II House. Early C18. Rubblestone and brick, rendered. Plain tile roof with two brick ridge stacks. Two storeys. Stepped plinth and plain first floor band. Three bay east elevation. Two steps up to off-centre doorway with moulded wooden doorcase and panelled door. C19 iron porch. To the right a glazing bar sash under a flat arch. Two similar windows to left and three similar windows above. Low stone wall surmounted by iron railings encloses the front garden.
