GV II

Town house with later shop. Probably early C18. Painted brick with end pilasters and mid-floor bands; steep asbestos slate hipped roof with deep projecting eaves and central gabled roof dormer with C20 2-light casement. Single-depth plan plus wing at rear right. 3 storeys plus attic; 3-window range with late C19 8-pane horned sashes. Ground floor has original window opening on the left and slightly altered early-mid C19 corner shopfront on the right with squat fascia entablature with moulded cornice, 4:1:6 lights and entrance on the corner with flush-panelled and glazed door.
