1870 - 73 by William Butterfield as the Rectory of St. Mary's Church.

Modified Gothic style. Red brick with bands and diapers of black brick.

2 storeys, tiled roof with brick cornice at eaves and to gables at either end. Timber framed gable left of centre. Brick chimneystacks with offsets.

Segmental glazing bars. Left central porch, square brick bay on right of ground floor.

Nos 2 to 16 (even) form a group.
