PARISH OF TICKNALL MAIN STREET SK 32 SE 4/110 (Highwayside) South Side No 88 (Arch Farmhouse) II Farmhouse. Early C19. Rubblestone and orange brick Plain tile roof with brick ridge and gable stacks. Sawtooth eaves cornice. Two storeys. North elevation of three bays. Off- centre tripartite doorway, half glazed door and sidelights, originally a window. Segmental arch with wedge brick lintel.

to the left a 3-light casement under a segmental arched wedge brick lintel. To the right a 2-light casement under a segmental arched wedge brick lintel, originally a doorway. To the right again, a 3-light casement window under a segmental arched wedge brick lintel. Three similar windows above.
