C16 or C17, altered. Painted slate front, old tiled roof. 2 storeys, eaves cornice. Modern shop windows. let floor oversailing on 2 C19 console brackets has 2 sash windows with glazing bars. Front probably conceals timber framework.

Nos 2 to 32 (even), No 26A and Nos 1 and 2 John Street form a group.
