CODFORD HIGH STREET, Codford St Mary ST 93 NE (north side) 7/52 No 69 GV II House at end of row. C17, altered C20. Rendered rubble stone, tiled roof with coped verges and gable end stone and brick stacks.

L-plan. Two-storey, 2-window. C20 door to left of centre, 2-light C20 casement to right and two C20 casements to first floor. Left return has 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement to ground floor and single-light recessed chamfered casement to first. Rear wing with hipped roof and 2-light casements. Interior not accessible at time of survey (March 1987).
