CODFORD CHURCH LANE ST 93 NE (east side) 7/45 East Codford Farmhouse GV II Farmhouse, now detached house. Late C18 and early C19, partly rebuilt following fire mid C20. Dressed limestone front, English bond brick rear range, thatched roof with coped verges and brick stacks. Parallel range plan. Two-storey, 3-window rebuilt front.
C20 central door with pilastered architrave, steel casement either side and three steel casements to first floor. Right return has 12-pane sashes and 2-light casements, straight joint indicating that front range is earlier. Early C19 rear range has central half-glazed door with segmental 12-pane sash to left and tripartite sash to right, similar sashes to first floor, all with cambered brick heads. Central full gabled tile-hung attic dormer with leaded 2-light casement. Single-storey brick extension attached to left return.
Interior has stairs with stick balusters, 6-panelled doors.
