Early C18. 2 storeys and attic in ashlar. Stone slate roof with 4 hipped dormers, casements, no glazing bars, 2 brick chimney stacks, 6 windows in plain stone surrounds with triple keystones, no glazing bars. Panelled C19 door under flat hood on brackets. Carriage arch to right. Flat arch to Goldsmiths Lane to left.

Small datestone with broken pediment and shell ornament inscribed 'E.W.1704.'

Nos 31 to 34 (consec) and Old Technical School form a group.
