Mid C17. 2 storeys and attics in ashlar. Stone slate roof with 2 hipped dormers with casements, no glazing bars, One stone and one brick on stone chimney stack.
2 widely spaced windows with flush frames, double-hung sashes with glazing bars.
Coved plaster eaves cornice, Ground floor has a good late C18 shop window, slightly bayed, with end pilasters with delicate egg and dart moulding. One extra pilaster to side of door. Egg and dart moulding also appears on frieze and moulded cornice.
Double door, mainly glazed in moulded stone frame. Canted 3-light bay window to right with C19 glazing. Passage arch.
Nos 31 to 34 (consec) and Old Technical School form a group.
