Cottage. C17. Timber framed building with painted red brick infill on stone plinth. Thatched roof, half-hipped on one side and end brick chimneystack. 1 storey and attics, 2 windows.

Framing of square panels with some diagonal tension braces. 2 C20 casements. C20 plank door. C20 lean-to extensions to right and left not of special interest. Interior has chamfered spine beam and wooden bressumer to open fireplace. Late C18 or early C19 winder stair. One doorway has beams with run out stops.
