C18 pair of cottages, now one. Flint and brick. Pantile roof with gabled ends.
Brick dentil eaves; 2 storeys. Four windows, small 1- and 2-light casements with glazing bars and ground floor sash with glazing bars. Modern glazed door off centre. Ground floor window and door openings have segmental brick arched heads. Brick string course at floor level. Brick chimney stack at each end.
Situated in yard at rear of No 105.
