SILVERLESS STREET 1.

5407 (south side) Nos 9 to 11 (consec) 9 to' 11 (consoc) SU 1869 1/67 18.7.49 (formerly listed as GV Nos 10 and 11) II 2. C18 altered. 2 storey. Chequer brick with red rubber window heads. Moulded brick eaves cornice. Old tile roof. 3-light window to left hand, two other single windows and 3 Panels, all equally spaced, on 1st floor. Two 3-light windows, on outer corners, on ground floor, 2 panels in centre, and 2 doors. Main door at right hand 6 panel, recessed in 4 centred arched opening, framed by panelled, fluted and reeded pilasters, same treatment round arch with keystone, resetted. Wide doorcase with semi-engaged fluted Roman Doric columns on block bases entablature with bracketted cornice,cantilever forward to form hood, and supported on scroll brackets springing from caps of columns.

Panelled soffit to hood. Second door - 6 panel with arched radiating fanlight plastered.

House probably had 2 central windows on each floor and panel over each door originally.
