5407 (South Side) No 18 SU 1869 1/70 II GV 2. C17-18. 2 storey. Stucco. Old tile roof. Three 2-light contemporary lead casements on lst floor. Two wide slightly bowed ground floor windows, 6 panes wide and 4 high, and ledged door, off centre, in plain frame with moulded architrave surround. Secondary glazed door (C19), to right hand of left hand bay.
Nos l7 and 18 form a group with no 1, oppposite, and with Nos 1, 2, 4 to 11 (consec), and Nos 40 to 48A (consec), Kingsbury Street.
