GV II

House. Early C19. Rendered limestone rubble with party wall stack and stone slate roof. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys, cellar and attic; 2-window range. Left-hand stucco quoins, a left-hand doorway with bracketed canopy and a half-glazed door, late C20 casements and gabled casement dormer. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached front area spear-headed iron gates, railings and ashlar dwarf wall. HISTORICAL NOTE: formerly a pair with No.29 (qv).
