Pair of houses. Early/mid C19. Coursed limestone rubble; gabled stone slate and slate roof with brick end stacks. Double-depth plan. 2 storeys; 3-window range. Segmental arches over mid/late C20 door and windows; inserted late C20 dormer to left, and segmental-headed lead-roofed to right. C20 extensions to rear.
