House. Early C19. Coursed limestone rubble with brick gable stacks and stone slate roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 1-window range. Segmental-arched heads to a right-hand doorway with overlight and half-glazed door, and 2/2-pane sashes. INTERIOR: not inspected.
