YATTON C.P. BROCKLEY WAY (east side) Claverham ST 46 NE 5/142 Claverham Green Farmhouse 27.4.73 (Formerly listed as Cleverham Farm- - II house)

Farmhouse. Dated 1721 on chimney, probably earlier structure incorporated, with mid C19 and C20 alterations. Rubble,pebbledashed, pantiled roof with brick gable stacks. 2 storeys and 6 windows, all sashes with wider central pane at first floor, ground floor has 3-light and 2-light C20 casement to left, two 4-light casements to right, central C20 gabled porch, studded door with battens over strap hinges in moulded frame. Right return has 2-light casement at attic, 2-storey lean-to to rear with single light and 2-light casement with ovolo- moulded frame at first floor. Rear has lean-to with 2-light casements, main roof pitch extended with raking dormer. Interior: not accessible, may contain features of interest.
