EDINGTON TINHEAD ROAD ST 95 SW (west side) 5/167 No 2 (Lambourne Cottage) GV II Detached cottage. Late C17. Square-panelled timber-framing with brick nogging, partly rebuilt in brick, hipped thatched roof, brick stacks. Single-storey and attic, 2 windows. Central planked door in C20 porch, 3-light casement to left and single and 2-light casement to right. Two eyebrow dormers with 2-light casements.

Left return has planked door in thatched porch with 2-light casement to left and to first floor. Interior has open fireplace with chamfered lintel, chamfered beams with stepped stops.
