House and shop. Early C17, altered C20. Rendered and colourwashed timber frame; slate roof. 2 storeys. 3-window range. Ground floor with 3 late C20 casements alternating with 2 late C20 partly-glazed doors. Jettied first floor, the jetty bressumer supported on 5 arched braces. 3 late C20 top-hung casements. Hipped roof entirely of early C20 construction, including central ridge stack with twin octagonal flues. INTERIOR: not inspected. (Paine C: The History of Eye: Diss: 1993-: 21).
