TG 2006 S EATON STREET, EATON (North-West side) 36/294 5.6.72 Nos. 1 & 3.

GV II House. Early C19. Rendered with rusticated quoins; pantile roof; 2 yellow brick chimneys. 2 storeys; 2 first-floor windows, symmetrical.

Door has 6 raised and fielded panels with plain overlight flanked by 2 pilasters with plain cornice and simple hood. Windows have large-paned sashes with moulded architraves and keyblocks. Decorative bargeboards with finials on each gable. No. 3 is entered by a similar doorway on the left side elevation, with C20 lean-to brick extension to left.
