1853. Ashlar ground floor, ashlar dressings and quoins to upper floors, Welsh slate roof. Italianate style with ground floor rustication and arched windows, first floor aedicule windows with segmental pediments to most windows, second floor architrave window surrounds. Floor band, modillion cornice. Canted rusticated angle to Market Square with main entrance.

Further entrance with cornice on consoles to north projecting wing.
