4 panels on 2nd floor.
3 windows and 1 blocked window on 1st floor.
3 3-light sash windows on ground floor, the left hand has later central door inserted.
6-panelled door in 2nd bay from right hand in recess with panelled reveals and soffit, moulded architrave surround.
Wooden verandah across ground floor, slender square, panelled columns with moulded caps. 3 centred arches between columns with flat spandrels. Balustrading of thin square bars. Concave lead roof. The access to the verandah is up 5 steps at each end. Stable extension to right hand. 2 storeys, stucco 3 centre arched entrance on ground floor. 3-light window over in 3 centred arched recess.
