Cl6 or C17, refronted in Cl8. Timber-framed, with white-washed brick nagging (including 1 panel of herringbone brickwork) to rear. Front Whitewashed brick.

Pitched old tile roof (sprocketed to rear). Tall brick stacks. 1 storey and attics. Front has brick modillion eaves cornice. 4 casements with glazing bars.

4 flat-topped attic dormers, tile-hung cheeks and casements with glazing bars.

2 Cl9 panelled doors.
