House, now shop with offices over. Late C18 altered C20. Red brick in Flemish bond with slate roof and 2 reduced gable stacks. Stone and stucco dressings. EXTERIOR: 3 storeys, 3-bay front with stone sill bands to each floor, deeply overhanging eaves. To ground floor a C20 shop front with entrance to left. To 1st floor 3 glazing bar sashes and to 2nd floor 3 smaller similar windows. All windows have flat heads and splayed stucco lintels. INTERIOR: retains turned baluster stair and some contemporary doors and a fire surround in front 1st floor room.
