C17-C18. 1 storey and attic. Stuccoed, with brick dentil cornice. Old tile roof half hipped at right hand. Two 2-light gabled dormer casements. Two 2-light casements on ground floor and modern ledged door right hand of centre. All casements C18, but ground floor windows modern. Half-hipped gable end tile hung.
Nos 3 to 8 (consec) and Rosetree form a group with Nos 9 to 15 (consec), opposite, and with Nos 1A to 5 (consec), The Green.
