London coal duty marker, erected 1861-2 to mark the limit of coal duty in the London area. Cast iron post, painted white. About one and a half metres high. Square plan with chamfered corners.

Roll mouldings form capital. Usual crest and inscription are absent. Cast by Henry Grissell iron works, Regents Canal, London. One of four parish.
