Cottage and shop mid C19 with late C19 shop front inserted. Painted brick in irregular Flemish bond; grey slate roof. 3 storeys; 2 windows. Boarded door; 16-pane square bay shop-window under a hipped slate-roofed canopy supported by window frame and a shaped bracket.

Small 10-pane square parlour window right of door. The upper storey has 3 2-light and one 1-light Gothick casements of cast iron. Brick dentil eaves. Rebuilt brick chimney on right gable. A good example of a Victorian small shop and dwelling.
