Farmhouse and barn, now house. C17-early C18 with late C18-early C19 alterations.
Coursed, dressed millstone grit with stone slate roof. Laithehouse plan. 2 storeys, house 3 first-floor windows, barn 2 bays. Quoins. House: flat-faced mullioned windows in flush stone surrounds. Chamfered, segmental-headed doorway to left of centre inside gabled porch with C20 board door in chamfered, quoined surround flanked by a 2-light window to left, and a 6-light window to right.
First floor: two 2-light windows, and 6-light window to right. Corniced stack to right end. Rear: double-chamfered mullioned windows of 1, 2, 3 and 4 lights.
Left return: one 3-light double-chamfered mullioned window. Barn adjoining house to right has a chamfered, quoined, segmental-arched cart door with C20 glazing to left, and a C20 board door in flush stone surround to right.
