1. CHURCH ROAD 823 COMBE DOWN Nos 113 to 117 (odd) ST 7662 38/1129
II 2. Early Cl9 row of ashlar faced houses. Originally of 2 storeys: Nos 113 and 115 heightened by one storey. Plinth, plat band, moulded cornice and parapet in original form to No 117, coping over 2nd floor of Nos 113 and 115. 2 windows each, chamfered reveals to Nos 113 and 115. Glazing bars intact to sashes of No 117 on 1st floor and to large ground floor sash. No ll3 has single storey extension with plat band carried over (possibly intended as 4th house ?). Round headed doorways recessed for one order. No 113 has door of 6 fielded panels with voided corners, semi-circular radial glazed fanlight - wrought iron trellis porch with barrel vault hood. Entrances of Nos ll5 and 117 paired with conservatory porches - No 117 has door of 6 fielded panels and radial swagged pattern to semi-circular fanlight.
No 109, the Union Chapel and Nos 113 to 117 (odd) form a group.
