Circa 1830 row of 2 storey small ashlar houses abutting rear of No 62. Moulded shallow projecting cornice and parapet. Gable end pantile roof, stepped corniced chimneys. 2 windows each 1st floor, one on ground floor, recessed glazing bar sashes. Nos 1 and 3 retain 6 panel doors. Included for group interest.

No 62, Nos 1 to 3 (consec) Byfield Building and Nos 1 to 5 (consec) Byfield Place form a group.
