Farmhouse. C17 or earlier. Timber frame on low white painted brick sill, dark weatherboarded. Steep pitched roof now of red pantiles. A 3-cells, 1-storeys, internal-chimney, lobby-entry plan house. Set back from road, facing N. Added external W gable chimney and low lean-to extensions each end. Flat roofed low rear extension. N front has 3 3-lights casement windows to ground floor, similar window in each end extension, and 3 2-lights swept dormer windows. Large T-shaped chimney at ridge. Plank door under gabled timber porch.
