House. Projecting bay to front is dated 1723 on beam; rear wing C17 with early C18 half bay to right; altered and much rebuilt C19, refurbished C20. Mostly brick, the right bays with some timber framing in rear wall, the right gable partly of flint, partly rendered. Old tile roof; brick chimney, part rendered, to centre of rear wing. L-plan. 1-2 storeys, 2 bays. Right bays have raised dentil eaves and brick inscribed "W. Hoskins 1810"; left bay gabled and projecting. C20 leaded casements in hardwood frames, those to ground floor right replacing bay windows. Door in C20 lean-to extension to right of projection. Interior has timber-framed cross walls with diagonal bracing, and shaped bracket to spine beam in rear left room. Included for group value.
