L-shaped house of 179() circa. Two storeys and attic. Three windows. One dormer. Faced with red mathematical tiles, the ground floor replaced with red brick, all headers, to match. Long and short painted wooden quoins.

Wooden dentilled eaves cornice. Slate roof. Glazing bars intact. Doorway with pilasters, pediment, semi-circular fanlight and door of 6 fielded panels.

The south wall is faced with red brick and weather-tiles. Two windows.
