House. Mid C18, possibly incorporating older building. Flint with brick dressings and first floor band course, off-set eaves, and rendered plinth.

Hipped old tile roof, partly rebuilt brick chimney between right bays.

2 storeys, 3 bays. C20 leaded cross casements, those to ground floor with original segmental heads. Between bays there are blind window panels to first floor, the left over blocked doorway with smaller cross casement, the right over C20 board door. Interior has ovolo-moulded spine beam in left room.
