II GV 2.

Ruins circa 1180-90 of St John's Hospital, dissolved 1553. Arcades on columns, probably part of the Refectory. Ashlar and rubble, no roof.

Ancient Monument (scheduled but not in guardianship).

Forms a group with Wycombe College of Technology and Art.
