GV II

Cottage and former post office. Late C16 and later. Rendered timber frame with corrugated tile roof. 2 storeys with upper storey formerly open to roof. Irregular fenestration mainly C20 with 2 surviving C18 or C19 3- and 4-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. Off-centre axial stack with doorway opposite. Modern extension to rear. Winding stair to entrance side of stack. 2 queen post trusses with highly cambered ties and arch braces.

One beam at ground floor with broach chamfer stop. Listed primarily for surviving queen post roof.
