House, formerly 3 early C19 cottages to south front, though rear wall entirely C17 of original 3-room plan house. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof.

2 storeys. 3 bays of flat faced mullioned windows with slightly projecting sills. 3-light window with same over; added later C19 gabled porch with semi- circular arched doorway with hoodmould reused in this position c.1980, single light over to first floor; 5-light window with same over, doorway with tie-stone jambs now forms window; 3-light window with 4-light window over to 1st floor; doorway with tie-stone jambs. Rear has weathered plinth, 7-chamfered mullioned windows of 2 lights to ground floor with 6 windows over to 1st floor of 2, 3 and 4 lights. 2 stacks to ridge.
