DENWICK DENWICK VILLAGE NU 2014 (North side) 22/50 Nos. 17 and 19 GV II

Pair of Estate Cottages, c.1840. Squared tooled stone; Welsh slate roof with rendered stacks. 1 + 2 storeys, 1 + 2 + 1 bays, symmetrical. Central double pent porch with two 2-pane casements, and a vertical-panelled door on each return; 3-light mullioned windows and 2-light windows above, holding plain sashes. Coped gables with stepped end stacks, their upper parts rebuilt.

Lower pent-roofed end bays have 4-pane sash windows. All windows in chamfered surrounds; all gables with pitched coping, on moulded kneelers.
