Red brick with gable end to street, old tiled roof. 2 storeys, upper floor has 2 small, early C19 casement windows with segmental arches and glazing bars flanking left doors. Ground floor has boathouse door. Rear facade to courtyard of flint and red brick (entrance from New Street).

Nos 25 to 29 (odd) form part of a group with No 88 New Street and the surface of the courtyard behind No 88 and No 1 Wharf Lane.
