Early C19. Stucco facade with wide bracketed eaves cornice and slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 windows, sashes with moulded architraves and glazing bars. Central, 2 storey bay window. Doorway with engaged, fluted columns, cornice and blocking course above. North side carriageway arch gives access to The Hocket.
No 39 (Beulah Lodge) and Oxford Lodge form a group with the wall behind Oxford Lodge and the buildings on The Hocket.
